By accessing and using Training Pipes ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Training Pipes provides infrastructure for managing training data pipelines and ML workflows. The Service allows you to connect cloud storage providers, create mounts, and access your data through various protocols including SMB and NFS.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Certain features of the Service require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• Understand that fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Accept that all fees are non-refundable except as required by law

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from Service unavailability.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Training Pipes and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Training Pipes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
